WHAT TYPE OF FILE FORMAT SHOULD I SEND MY ARTWORK IN?

Artwork must be supplied in PSD Photoshop Files, with a  minimum of 300dpi, we need large formats of art to transfer and create what you need in crisp clarity, the bigger the better. Just Email files and brief description of what you want art to look like, to our Support Email, Att: Custom Art Department, and we will send you a quote.

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE QUOTED PRICE OF MY CUSTOM T-SHIRT?

Your quoted price includes a t-shirt of your color, size, style, a design for the shirt ,either light colored Transfer, or dark opaque Transfer, the art of the shirt on one side ,  If you would like a second print, on back or sleves...there is an additional charges.  Please contact us if you need art set-up, or custom designed work done, we have graphic artists that will bring any idea to life.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?

With our printing New modern Transfer technologies you can order as few as ONE custom t-shirt and as many as 10,000 t-shirts.

DO YOU OFFER VOLUME DISCOUNTS?

Absolutely, we have volume discounts starting at just 10 items. You can even mix and match the items. It doesn't have to be the same style or color! inquire with email.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET MY ORDER?

If you choose a style, color and size that we have in stock, your shirts will go into our printing queue and you may have them in 24 hours - often they are ready the same day.  If we need to order your shirts, then it will be a minimum of 48 hours until your order is complete. 

CAN I ORDER ANOTHER SHIRT WITH MY SAME DESIGN LATER?

Absolutely, we keep customer files indefinitely.  When you call to get your design reprinted, be sure to give us your full name and a brief description of your original graphic.  This will allow us to find it and print it for you immediately.

CAN I SEND MY OWN SHIRTS TO BE PRINTED?

The answer to that is absolutely.  Everyday we print on customer's t-shirts and more.  Keep in mind that we typically print on cotton and cotton blends (with a 50/50 mix being preferable).  We also print on 100% polyester items however the wash fastness cannot be guaranteed.  The general price for printing on your item starts at $10ea, Please contact us with quote, the more...the cheaper!

WHOSE PROPERTY IS THE ARTWORK THAT IS GENERATED?

All artwork created by you for your order remains your property and will be maintained at our store for our exclusive usage in executing your orders.  Any artwork that Vintage T's22 generates on your behalf remains the property of VintageT's22.  Please, enquire regarding policies of transferring artwork ownership to yourself or company.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We except PayPal, & We also accept Money Orders and Personal Checks. (With Hold)  If your check is returned, there is a $35 fee. 

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping in the USA is $3.99 first shirt extra $2.00 per shirt! USA only ,INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is $13.99 for First Class, $24.99 For Priority, and $49.99 for Express
